Pet Policy

Southern Court is a Pet Friendly Community with the allowance of up to two domesticated animals; cats and/or dogs. Restricted breeds apply and include: American Pit Bull Terriers (aka Pit Bulls), Shepherds, Great Danes, St. Bernards, Chow Chows, Bull Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, and Wolf Hybrids; Any mixed breeds that have the predominant. A one time nonrefundable pet fee is due upon move in or at the time pet arrives at $350 for 1 pet or $500 for 2 pets.
